By using the services of AC Experts Qatar or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
AC Experts Qatar provides air conditioning repair, maintenance, installation, and related HVAC services across Qatar. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR)
- A diagnostic fee may apply for service calls
- Final pricing is confirmed after diagnosis and before repair begins
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and major payment methods
Warranty
- All repair work carries a warranty as specified at the time of service
- Replacement parts carry manufacturer warranty where applicable
- Warranty is void if the unit is tampered with by unauthorized personnel
- Warranty does not cover damage from power surges, water damage, or misuse
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a scheduled service appointment with at least 2 hours notice without charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a service call fee.
Liability
AC Experts Qatar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of AC Experts Qatar and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
